The way you suggest it, it causes a huge inconvenience because at the time of copying, there is no way to know if someone has already been registered. Thank you for your attention! We are testing the platform but I still believe that it has a long way to go before it becomes an option to replace Zimbra.

Hi,

Right now you can copy the address from the mentioned fields (i.e From, To, Cc etc.). Adding an address to the address book directly from the email has not been incorporated to the system yet.
