I was expecting that room resources are accessible via CalDAV using the authentication of one user with Admin rights

Example:
I have a meeting room resource Blue Room. It has a functional calendar.

Using URL https://192.168.10.209/service/user/blueroom@polarhome.com/Calendar the authentication prompt correctly appears, but using an admin user credentials it leads to:

404

Looks like you were flying too high and missed your page

Could somebody point to to the documentation that explains how to correctly enable CalDAV for room resources?
...or explain what I am doing wrong?

26.6 version is announced to have the full CalDAV support.
Is there any documentation available, how can I enable CalDAV for the room resources?

I managed to set it up so that i can see it in outlook using the url above but is marked as read only

Name of some CalDAV apps that you have tried so far: Thunderbird, BlueMail, One Calendar, Kalendar
Any error: Text format/screetshot.

Kalendar - States the URL doesn't require authentication, refuses to connect
BlueMail - States can't connect to CalDAV
One Calendar - States An error occurred while sending the request, no response.
Thunderbird - The credentials you have entered were not accepted. Please check your settings.
