I'd check that the related Carbonio service is running, verify it's bound to the expected port, and then look at journalctl for any startup errors. This has been resolved now. My VM is hosted on KVM and the below entry was missing, because of this vm is not getting physical hardware details when i check the cat /proc/cpuinfo. Now I added it and issue has been resolved.

cat /etc/cloudstack/agent/agent.properties | grep guest.cpu
guest.cpu.mode=host-model

I have successfully installed the Carbonio 26.6.0 on ubuntu 22.04 then i reboot the server but server is back to online but admin panel stopped working. Why is this happing not able to understand the root cause. The same scenario happend with ubuntu 24.04. how to resolve this. Please help me.
