As mentioned in this post, we brought all the points to our developers. They informed us that they are working on keyboard navigation feature, a more sophisticated version of the keyboard shortcut. And they also agreed that deleting an email should automatically open/display the following email. However, we do not have any tentative timeline for these improvements.

I understood your points. I will forward them to our developers. Just to summarize them in one place:

• When a mail has been deleted, the next mail is not automatically opened
• The DELETE icon can be improved (From the visual point of view)
• The availability of keyboard shortcuts
• Changing the from address while using different personas

About the contact groups/personal distribution lists, you should find it working in Carbonio CE release 24.5.0. 

Again, I request you share your thoughts without considering whether they sound positive or negative. 🙂

Also, it's possible to create contact groups/personal distribution lists. There doesn't seem to be a way to edit them afterwards yet (at least I didn't find one), but this was a feature that was actually asked for by my users, and up to now it was only possible in the app.

Contact group. You say  "it's possible to create contact groups/personal distribution lists." In the WebUI we don't see that option. There's the option, but when you create one then it's not visible at all. As you say, in the app is possible. Any other way so the WEBUI works (Firefox 123 and Chrome 122.0.6261.57 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have the same problem, it will be nice to display "automatically" the next mail after delting a mail.
