Hi,

"Something went wrong ....." in Admin/Login UI is related to carbonio-catalog.service most of the time.

We often suggest running pending-setups during troubleshooting because it ensures that all services are registered to the service mesh even if your system is single server. Therefore, storing the cluster password is very crucial for all future maintenance of that system.

After the installation or reboot, sometimes carbonio-catalog.service takes time to become fully operational. This is the time we mostly do not get the login page instead get "Something went wrong ..."

In this case, try to restart the carbonio-catalog.service manually. and then try logging again.

systemctl status carbonio-catalog.service

Also, When you are getting "Something went wrong ...", try to inspect the page to find anu clue from the console segment.

In your working environment, rename the current folders to admin.old and web.old then copy the backup versions in their place. This restores functionality on version 25.9.0 using the old frontend. While this may cause minor issues, users can send emails and continue working. As an admin, you can unlock accounts, create new ones, etc.

Until Zextras provides a general fix, this workaround should help keep things running.
