I'm using Carbonio CE and have encountered the following issue on iOS and Android Carbonio Mail App:
There are no notifications about new mails. 

On iOS red notification badge appears on the application icon, but that's it, no sound, no banner, no notification on the lock screen. On Android everything is the same, even without the icon. The problem occurs on various devices and versions of iOS and Android, even the latest available.

I have read the documentation (https://docs.zextras.com/carbonio-ce/html/mobileapps.html ), and I have seen the "Notification" paragraph about Android. I did everything as described, but got no result.
I also read the red "Warning" section at the end, but I don't see any attempts to connect to https://notifications.zextras.com/firebase/ on port 443 on the router.
Can you please help resolve this issue?
