I just came across this project today, so big time newbie here. I installed the server on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS in a vm. 8 cpus, 16gb ram, 150gb disk. The installation went flawlessly. I've logged into the client interface and I've sent and received email. I've created a word processor and spreadsheet documents. However, when I try to print either one, the screen just hangs with the Downloading gif looping. I never get a print dialog box. I've also found that I'm unable to download the document from within either docs or spreadsheet. However, if I'm in the Carbonio client and looking at the file listing, I'm able to download files from there.

Anyone have any clue as to where to start looking to diagnose why I can't print or download a document from within the doc or spreadsheet app?
