Ubuntu 22.04

I was trying to fix a different problem with sending email from the mail client portal (which may have been caused by the recent update to 24.09) and noticed another problem after a reboot, I noticed a error while it was booting "cannot start service-discover", I have looked through the logs and the only error I can see is " agent.server.raft: failed to get log: index=4753419 error="log not found" & "panic: log not found". I do have pending-setup to run  but these cannot be completed unless the service-discover service it running. All other services are running and I am receiving email.

Any help that will point me in the right direction would be great.
