everything looks fine except the out of memory message. But to confirm it, I have requested devs to reproduce the scenario and share their thoughts.

Out of memory: Killed process 3680790

Meanwhile, you should update the version from 24.7.0 to 24.7.1(the hostfix), as per recommendation.

It is a hard decision, but I don't think I will continue with Carbonio.

This is yet another very serious issue that Zextras is not providing any support or guidance on resolving. I have asked if I could pay for support and was rejected twice because my user base (10-20 accounts) is too small for them.

I feel that the lack of meaningful support and buggy releases tells me that, as much and I like the software and the idea of being able to selfhost with opensource, Carbonio is not in a production ready state. I don't mean this as a criticism of the development team and I really hope that one day it will be in a production ready state but for my clients I will be reluctantly moving back to Zimbra.

Are the errors consistently in the image preview code, meaning they all start with "HttpChannel - /service/preview/image/..." and have "Caused by: com.zextras.carbonio.preview.exceptions.InternalServerError"? Knowing that could help someone hone in on what triggers the error.
