Yes you can. Just right click on the calendar and you will find the options to share the calendar.

Is it possible to share a calendar with other accounts in Carbonio, just like in Zimbra?

Installation of Carbon 24.7.0 performed via script.
It is a single node installation.
Installed on OS Red Hat 8.0.
