My experience is, that it works, iff you after creating the signature logs out of the client and in again.

What to you mean you have a solution? It would be interesting to know how you resolved the issue.

In Carbonio 24.3.0 the signature is not appearing in any new email.

is there anyone here has successfully set an email signature on Carbonio CE?

I cant set the signature from the web client, when I click Save it says "signature information required", even though I already provided the information. Here is the pic: https://postimg.cc/Wtbvts1H

However, I can set the signature from the admin console but there is a catch, its always got the formatting wrong.
