By default, COS is set to check mail every 5 minutes. Set it to check new mail upon arrival and get a delay of 5-10 seconds

Hi,

I checked and noticed that my browser pulls the changes from the mailbox(New mail appears) approximately around ~4mins after email reaches the mailbox, even if you do not refresh the page. As some delays are expected in this polling, still I would discuss this with the team to understand any possible scope of improvement. I will share the updates.🙏

I checked this on Carbonio Release 25.3.0

Hi @sharif

In the telegram group (t.me/CarbonioMail ) @mapazzzm and @anahuac have reported this bug that seems to me serious enough to not have migrated to version 25.3 and continue in version 24.12.3, but I do not see the bug reported in this forum, and just in case I report it.

It seems that the bug is detected using different browsers, and so far has not been resolved.
