Yes, url insertion works, but most users are accustomed to using Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V (or print screen) to insert images into emails.

I see. This functionality works only using the preview URL of online images. Would you please do this test (below) and inform us about the result so I can report it to our developers?

Test: I suggest opening an image on your browser to obtain its preview URL (for example:

"https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b6/Image_created_with_a_mobile_phone.png/220px-Image_created_with_a_mobile_phone.png")

then using the "Insert/edit image" button on your Carbonio text editor providing the URL to see if it includes the image in your text editor since copying/pasting the image directly into your Carbonio text editor does the exact same thing.

Good afternoon. I installed a new Carbonio server and a question arose about pasting images from the clipboard in the web client. Is this feature not working or do I have some misconfiguration?

Hi @evgeniang, are you using an old version of Carbonio CE? You should be able to paste images from the clipboard into the text editor directly with the current version i.e. 22.3.0.

After saving an attachment from a email, the file is not visible in the folders until you reload the page in the browser.
