Ubuntu 22.04 Carbonio-ce 25.12.0.  I followed the exact Upgrade from Previous Edition steps on the website here:   https://docs.zextras.com/carbonio-ce/html/upgrade/upgrade.html 

For me, all MTA Tabs are missing information or switches are OFF.  

What is your current version? and please share what are the steps you followed.

I did an upgradation just now from 25.12.0 to 26.3.0. I can see the Admin panel MTA pages are fine. Is it a new installation or upgradation in your case? Share some more details.

Carbonio-message-dispatcher postgresdb ownership issues; tables remained owned by carbonio_adm and schema updates would not apply, service restarts. Resolved by updating table owners in PG

Carbonio-ws-collaboration: RabbitMQ auth error, resolved by running

 I ended up rolling back to a snapshot of my installation because one issue I couldn't bottom out was that iOS mail point blank refused to connect to the IMAPs server post upgrade, throwing errors such as "IMAP Server is not responding" and "Zero length response recieved".

Odd thing with that is that adding the account to Outlook on the same phone yields a working mailbox, so I'm not sure if this is an Apple thing, or a Carbonio thing - but given a rollback restores the operation again, I'm leaning to some sort of strange proxy condition there that was perhaps introduced.

26.3.0 breaks Admin Portal: MTA    No values are shown.  This was a similar problem that began with 25.9.0

Archive System Folder and Mail Action

A new Archive system folder has been introduced to help users organize emails more efficiently. The folder behaves like other system folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Junk) and cannot be renamed or deleted. Users can now archive emails or conversations from the context menu or multi-selection toolbar, instantly moving them to the Archive folder, which also displays unread message counts when applicable.

Include Original Attachments on Reply

Users can now optionally include the original attachments when replying to an email, making it easier to keep important files within the conversation, especially when adding new recipients who may need the original attachments for context.

Default Read Receipt Setting

A new user setting allows users to define the default behavior for requesting read receipts on sent emails. Users can choose to enable or disable read receipts by default in the Web UI, while still being able to override the setting for individual messages.

Custom Repeat Dialog Redesign

The custom recurrence dialog has been redesigned for improved clarity and usability, introducing Cancel/Set actions, toggle buttons for weekday selection, and smarter default options to simplify event scheduling.

Pin Messages

Users can now pin one message per chat, keeping important information easily accessible at the top of the conversation. In group chats, moderation rules determine who can pin or change the pinned message.

Manual Chat History Export and Clear for Virtual Rooms
In Carbonio 26.3.0, Virtual Room moderators can now manually clear all chat history and shared attachments in a single action. This feature enhances privacy and efficiency when reusing rooms for different sessions. Only moderators (owners/administrators) can perform this action, which permanently deletes all messages and files for all participants. After clearing, a system message notifies users of the action. Additionally, moderators can export chat history in plain text before clearing it using the new “Export Messages” function.

Bulk Removal of Collaborators
Managing shared documents is now faster and more efficient. Users can select multiple collaborators at once in the Collaborators section and perform bulk actions, such as editing permissions or removing access. The interface provides clear visual feedback for selected collaborators, while the document owner remains visually separated to maintain hierarchy. This feature eliminates repetitive clicks, making it easy to revoke access for groups or teams in a single action.

Clickable File Notifications
File module notifications are now interactive. Users can click on a notification to navigate directly to the relevant file or folder, streamlining access and improving workflow efficiency.

Draft Management Redesign
The draft experience in the composer has been improved for efficiency and clarity. Drafts are now saved automatically without confirmation modals, with a dedicated footer showing save status. A delete button is directly accessible in the composer, and empty drafts are only saved when manually requested, preventing unnecessary clutter.
