To those of you who are affected by problems with UTF-8 language encoding: we just updated the official documentation to include a jar file that should fix all the issues.

Instructions to verify the file's integrity and where to save the file are included. Please refer to the following URL:

The issue should be solved without restarting any service or rebooting.
