Many of you reported issues after the upgrade to 24.9.0, regarding the OpenLDAP service. We identified the root issue and have therefore amended accordingly the upgrade procedure on the online technical documentation, that you can find at the usual URL: https://docs.zextras.com/carbonio-ce/html/release/upgrade.html

In short: we removed the first step in the upgrade procedure, the remainder remains the same.

More technically, the upgrade should be carried out with the LDAP service running. After testing a few scenarios and an internal discussion, we agreed that it is safe to upgrade Carbonio while all its services are running.
