I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with my Carbonio email server hosted on AWS EC2. While I can receive emails from other email services, I am unable to send emails to popular providers like Gmail and Outlook.

Here are some details about my configuration:

  • I have successfully set up the Carbonio email server on my EC2 instance.
  • I have configured the server with my domain, and I can receive emails without any problem.
  • However, when attempting to send emails to Gmail or Outlook addresses, the emails are not being delivered. 
in mail.log it shows following when i sent email on gmail 
"Dec 8 18:01:20 mail postfix/smtp: 6B03AFE952: to=<anwarulislam684@gmail.com>, relay=none, delay=0.03, delays=0.01/0.01/0.01/0, dsn=5.4.4, status=bounced (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=gmail.com type=A: Host found but no data record of requested type)" 
when I send on outlook it shows error of "request time out" 

if anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue or has insights into troubleshooting this specific problem, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
