Installed Carbonio CE 24.01, configured everything according to the instructions from the topic: Fresh Installation of Carbonio CE 23.12.0 Workstream Collaboration
and chats only work with local authentication method.
If I change the authentication method to Active Directory, then chats stop working for users from my Active Directory domain.
How to solve this problem? Has anyone already tried setting up chats with AutoProvisioning and authentication through Active Directory?
