Could you please check the /var/log/carbonio.log when you try to restart the zmamavisdctl?

I installed the librrds-perl package and rebooted the server. However, upon checking the service again, I am still experiencing the same library and perl binaries mismatch issue. 

Here are the logs for your references:

Could please restart/check services again after installing the librrds-perl package.

Though, this package should have been in your system.

I recently upgraded Carbonio CE from version 24.5.0 to 24.7.1 by following the steps outlined in the official documentation here. While the upgrade process was smooth, I encountered an issue upon restarting zmcontrol: services related to amavis, such as antispam and antivirus, are failing to start.

For your reference, I have attached the relevant logs (note: the FQDN has been renamed for safety). Could someone assist me in resolving this issue?
