Since a couple of days, I'm getting mails from the system about my licences soon to be terminated, because my servers can not reach isp.zextras.com and validate the licences.

Here's a traceroute from one of my servers to isp.zextras.com.
Not sure the issue is on my side. However, I'd really like my licences not to be terminated...

As the release of ZeXtras Suite 2.0 approaches, we are looking for translators and proofreaders in order to help us improve the usability of our products.
All languages are welcome, and the most active users will be rewarded with ZeXtras Suite discounts and merchandise.

Specifically, the translation effort includes:

- ZeXtras Chat Zimlet (146 strings, 550 words): English, Spanish, Portuguese proofreaders + translator for all other languages.
- ZeXtras Administration Zimlet (849 strings, 5,933 words): English, Spanish, Portuguese proofreaders + translators for all other languages.
- ZeXtras Client Zimlet (19 strings, 188 words): English proofreaders + translators for all other languages. Also, SURPRISE!

We chose to involve only ZeXtras Affiliates in this first step of the translation effort as knowledge of ZeXtras Suite is required, and once the first translation/proofread round has been completed community translators will be invited to join aswell (after the release of 2.0).

Send me a Private Message if you wish to help us even if you already have a ZeXtras Transifex account, as the "Administraton Zimlet" and "Client Zimlet" are still set to private and cannot be seen/translated unless special rights are given.
Users for the translation platform will be created using your ZeXtras Forums email, if you wish to use a different email address make sure to specify it in the PM.

ZeXtras Suite 2.0 BETA will be released next week and will include all aforementioned components.

After meeting with our CEO and with the Head of the Dev Team I've been finally authorized to publish the official 2014 Roadmap for ZeXtras Suite!
Please bear in mind that, as usual, a "compatibility-only" release will follow any Zimbra release: thus, version numbers mentioned in the roadmap might be shifted forward according to the need of this kind of intermediate releases.

Now, to the juicy part:

ZeXtras Suite 1.8.17 Expected Release date: mid-July 2014
* New External Backup and *scan engine: improved performances and error handling.
* Delegated Admin UI improvements (Zimbra 8.x): HUGE performance improvements, especially for Domain Admins managing more than 2-300 mailboxes.
* Improved "Account Info" backup: improved response time in account settings and preferences backup.

ZeXtras Suite 1.8.18 Expected Release date: end of August 2014
* XMPP Proxy: ZeXtras Chat will automatically proxy XMPP requests to the appropriate server.
* HSM Secondary Volume autoswitch: automatically promote a Secondary volume to "Current" should the target volume run out of space during an "Apply HSM" operation.
* Dynamic Buddylists based on Distribution Lists: an option to automatically add/remove users from each other's buddy lists based on the membership of a Distribution List.
* Dynamic volume compression: a feature that will allow to compress the content of a volume during a "doDeduplicate" operation.

ZeXtras Suite 2.0.0 Expected Release Date: Q4/2014
* ZxMobile Full Refactoring, including Remote Operations: shared items will be available on your mobile client!
* XMPP Static Rooms: Multi-user chat between members of a distribution list.
* Attachment Indexing: Attachment contents will be indexed and thus will be fully searchable, straight from the Zimbra WebClient
* Video Chat: Browser-based video chat capabilities!

ZeXtras Suite 2.0.X Some of the features planned for release in 2015, in no particular order.
* New Disaster Recovery engine: a new type of Restore Operation specifically build for Disaster Recovery means.
* Custom Import: The External Restore operation will allow you to choose only one or more types of items to be restored.
* XMPP Interop (Federation): Chat with users from different XMPP servers.
* Refactoring of all Restore operations: External Restore, Restore on New Account and Undelete Restore will be rewritten from scratch to dramatically improve the operations' peformances.
* Mailbox Move: move a mailbox between different mailboxd servers in the same Zimbra infrastructure.
* S-MIME validation: incoming S-MIME emails will be evaluated and validated.
* Attachment Preview: covering the most common file formats.
* Server-wide Discovery: Admins will be able to run searches across multiple mailboxes.
* Offsite native backup replication

This is NOT the full list of features that will be released in the related ZeXtras Suite version, this is just a list of the most important additions we plan to introduce within the next months.

Accounting is not my strongest point but as far as I can see the discount calculations in the store are not correct. Between 251 and 2500 should be 20% but I see 10% and 2501 to 5000 should be 40% but I see 29%

An example:

When I ask to calculate 5000 suite licences I would expect the following

5000 x Euro 7,00 = Euro 35.000,00 x 0,60 = 21.000,00

A discount of 14.000,00

The store however shows a discount of Euro 10.150,00 which is 29% of 35.000,00

Or I'm a complete you know what then please educate me :D
