zmprov ms `zmhostname` zimbraNetworkModulesNGEnabled TRUE

This was enabled globally but the server param was FALSE

We've just upgraded a 8.6NE to 9.0 and we're having the error above when hitting the `Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync` url. I know I'm slightly OT here, but the NE NG modules are just a rebranding of Zextras, so I thought I might ask here (also) while we wait for a feedback from Zimbra support.

I couldn't find other reports of the error above... The license is good, backups are working, just the mobile extension doesn't seem to be installed.

Full version is 9.0.0.GA.3924.UBUNTU14.64. We're doing a rolling upgrade to reach 18.04 in the next days.
