Hi,

I'm running 1.8_Release of Zx Teams app for video calls.

Everything is working, but I have to keep the app open for receiving a call notification. Push notifications are working for text, but not for video calls.

As long as I keep the app open, it will work. All notifications are set to allow. The app is running on the background.

Chat notification is working, but not for calls.

Tested on Samsung S7, S8, Samsung TAB A7, General Mobile 5M Plus. None of them are notifying an incoming call. They will notify a missed call :), because that is text.

System:Zimbra 9.0.0 FOSS with Zextra Suite Pro licensed including Teams.

TURN server is in place, when answering video and audio is working.

The problem is just the call notification with the app, via Computer Browser we are not experiencing any problems.

Support Team contacted me, saying this issue will be fixed with a new version

thank you for the feedback.

We are currently rolling out a new version of Team that includes the call notifications.

@83gme good to hear. I’ve had the same problem on iOS with the video server rather than TURN server. Tapping the push notification takes you to the app but to a chat screen and not to the call screen unless you’re in the app when the call is initiated.
