I am sorry if I am asking stupid questions.
Please apologize, I have just installed my first Carbonio CE using the install script.

It worked out of the box - I am really impressed.

I have created few resources, meeting rooms and accounts to test...

It works pretty well... but for some reason I was not able make that the meeting room list to appear among the meeting rooms when I book a meeting.

If i invite the Meeting Room to the meeting - it just works well. The room accepts (or refuses) the meeting - but the Meeting room and equipment list is empty.

What i am doing wrong?

Legend: LOAD   → Reflects whether the unit definition was properly loaded.

I have used the deployment script and it works perfectly, that's a great feature.

Tried to send mail to translators@zextras.com, but no luck...

I have done two installations of Carbonio CE. All of them on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS via automated bash script available in documentation.

Everything works perfectly, apart from downloading attachments from webgui, while they are downloadable from Email Client (Outlook, Thunderbird). I can see that browser does a redirection to port 8443, but the server is not listening on port 8443. (netstat -tulpn | grep 8443 gives blank output)

Has any of you had a problem like this? Thanks in advance :)

• 1 Proxy + MTA

Finished install all nodes following according the docs.

Can't send via webmail, throws "Something went wrong, please try again", logs shows "MTA not found"

Via mail client, the message is sent but hangs writing in SentBox....

Any help will be preciated. Thanks in advance

we did install and configure Carbonio to try it out but we have strange problem, random in any time a day users cant log in over webmail or smtp (on webmail users click login button and nothing happens), then after 10-15min everything works again.

This happens 3-5 times a day.... 

We did try to troubleshot it but with no luck, any help where to look? Thanks in advance!!!

I run my servers on Vsphere 8 and I've just had a 'disaster' with a couple of the VMs most important my mail server. The problem was showing as "invalid" on the web UI. I couldn't easily see how to fix that but I was able to get all the directory structure data from the original VMDK and the data was extracted to a new VM without problems.

I've created a new mail server VM and that's running & receiving mail without problems. The big question is - can I restore the original data  (users, email etc.) to the new server without losing the data on the new server? I have been using the ZeXtras suite for a while and the new server obviously has a couple of users and some email on there.

Does Zextras add the data to an account when restoring or does it wipe the account data first, does the same apply for restoring accounts? Does what I've said make sense? This is about the biggest disaster I've had since using VMware & ZCS - still it gives me something to do over a week-end. :)
