we have a Zimbra Mail Server (version 8.7.11_GA_3865.Network) with Chat installed (version 11@415f912).
Unfortunately there is a problem with the displayed names of our users. Instead of their names in Greek we get question marks (eg. ??????? ???????):

The new Teams tab has a search for conversations, but this does not seem to allow search in the content of a chat.

The only way I've found is to scroll up to ajax load a bunch of history and use the browser find to look for the desired pattern.

Any plans to add search to the teams chats?

looks like the doMakeBuddies and doAddBuddies are gone from zxsuite.

We have users in different domains we'd like to connect, "new conversation" button in teams tab doesn't bring up the username even if typing email in full. Do all buddies have to be in the same domain?

We have some users hidden from the GAL so that users will use the distribution lists they're a part of instead, but those users also don't show up in Team. Is there a way to make it so that users can see them to send messages to them shy of not hiding them from the GAL?

Our license is a holdover from the last licensing scheme, do we need to make an additional purchase to have access to the advanced Team features, such as channels?

Our ZxChat history appears to be gone, I presume this is gone forever?

I've purchase ZexTra Pro + Team Pro licences

I've on my Zimbra server both operationnal Team and TeamWork
I understand that Teamwork it zimlet_zextras_chat and Team is zimlet_zextras_team_classic

Why 2 chats ?
Why one with abilitys and the other with other abilityes ?

Teamwork provide :
- users status
- French language (important for me)
- Video with possibility of mute the others users webcam or microphone
- Chat folder
- ...


Team provide only
- Instant Messenger with other persons (not users of my server)

Please help me to understant why there is two chats

I updated my Zimbra from 8.7.11 to 8.8.15_P7 on CentOS6 2.6.32-754.27.1.el6.x86_64
and zextras_suit to 3.0.6 and zxchat to 11.09 (I've been using zxchat for years).

Everything seems OK
-WebAdmin console shows zxchat - is enabled, is running
-in CL - I can start, stop (zxsuite chat doStartService module) and view status (zxsuite chat getServices)
but chat does not work.

-WebClient
no popup window
and debugger shows -
