It seems like with every release<br>of IOS there is some sort of new and improved brokenness.<br><br>With that out of the way. Here are the specifics.<br><br>Zimbra 8.8.15_GA_3955_FOSS<br>Zextras 3.0.11<br>iPhone 8+ IOS 13.6.1 also tested with latest 13.7<br><br>Process used to try and create account:<br><br>1) Using 'Settings' on phone.<br>2) In Settings, scroll to 'Passwords &amp; Accounts'<br>3) Clicked on 'Passwords and Accounts'<br>4) Find and Clicked 'Add Account'.<br>5) Click 'Microsoft Exchange'<br>6) Enter email address.<br>7) In Description put an identifier (used backspace to get rid of auto-filled ‘Exchange’)<br><img src="/bigeyes.gif" width="" height="" alt="8)" title="8)" class="bbcode_smiley" /> Clicked the blue ‘Next’ in upper right corner.<br>9) Clicked 'Configure Manually' when the prompt appears.<br>10) Entered email password.<br>11) Clicked the blue ‘Next’ in upper right corner.<br>12) In the ‘Server’ field put server.domain.com (generic format not actual entered data)<br>13) In the ‘Username’ field put username without the @domain.name.<br>14) Clicked the blue ‘Next’ in upper right corner.<br>15) I should get a lot of blue checkmarks and then the screen advancing to a bunch of sliders.<br><br>Instead I get:<br><br>Exchange Account<br>Unable to verify account information.<br>OK<br><br>Verified server is able to be accessed and logged in with same information using Safari browser on same iPhone.<br><br>If I go tell it to save the account it of course reports it may not work.<br>If I then try to use the account in the mail app I see An error occurred in the bottom of the mail app.<br>Clicking on details it says<br><br>Cannot Get Mail<br>The connection to the server failed<br>OK<br><br>We are using a commercial certificate.<br><br>I am at a loss.]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hi,<br><br>I got a problem for Iphone users.<br>When a user accept an appointment on zimbra webmail, he receives a notification on his iphone.<br>When he clicks on "ok" on the iphone =&gt; the appointment is moved to the current time.<br>Ex: I receive an appointment for June 25th. I accept on the webmail.<br>Then I receive notification on my iphone =&gt; appointment move to June 15th.<br><br>It seems the bug is present on EAS 14.1 and seems not to be present on EAS 16.<br>I upgraded max EAS version to 16 on zimbra admin, but some iphones stay at version 14.1.<br>Is it normal?<br><br>I also got lines like this in mailbox.log:<br>calendar - Encountered time zone with no definition: TZID=GMT+01.00/+02.00<br><br>Thank you for your help.<br>Robin]]></content:encoded>

But these settings are not available through Outlook2016<br><br>The User have a Personal Mailbox forlder - and have shared mailbox.<br>This shared mailbox is the one they need to send as &amp; Send on behalf as<br><br>Should these settings been available in Outlook2016 so they can send as the SHared Mailbox user ?<br><br>As described no issue through Zimbra web interface - that work - but these users uses Outlook and changing mailprogram is not an option]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hi Zextras Forum.<br>I have a little issue that I really can't figure out?<br>I have a shared mailbox on Zimbra Server 8.8.15 with latest Zextras mobile - called <a href="mailto:Support@domain.com" class="bbcode_email">Support@domain.com</a>. &lt;-- There is only this one email.<br>The inbox and subolders is shared for users - another folder Outside the Inbox called administration is shared.<br>So the user have 2 shared folders from the same mailbox.<br><br>All users uses Office365 as email-program:<br>All incomming mail are recieved in the inbox. When something only for the administration are recieved, its recived in inbox - and should be moved from inbox the the other shared folder in the same mailbox(manually).<br>This move works - but after 10 sekunds a copy appears - and then there is 2 of each moved mail.<br><br>Is there any way to get around this copy of each moved mail in the endpoint folder? the moved email are removed from inbox - but still create 2 similar emails in the Administration folder ?<br><br>Hoping there a solution som how for this ?                         <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hi, I'm testing zextras mobile.<br>I noticed that if I set for example one month as synchronization interval in account settings on mobile phone, I can't see messages older than one month if I scroll down the email list.<br>If I make a search in emails, the phone presents me only results from one month; at the end of the list there is a link "load more", but if click on it a circle loanding appears but then no other message is loaded.<br>I tested on different phones with same result.<br>Is it a normal behaviour?                         <content:encoded><![CDATA[Bug or feature ?<br><br>After updating GMail on my Android 9 phone to version 2019.10.20.278647676, I go the the ugly message in the title, suggesting to remove the account (an "Exchange"  account) and contact your system administrator (me ! <img src="/frown.gif" width="" height="" alt=":-(" title=":-(" class="bbcode_smiley" /><br><br>I verified that our Zimbra server has an "A" in the SSL tests from <a href="https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/" class="bbcode_url">https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/</a> , and searched the Internet and found many disappointed people with the same problem affecting Outlook-365 accounts (see <a href="https://support.google.com/mail/thread/19298229?hl=en" class="bbcode_url">https://support.google.com/mail/thread/19298229?hl=en</a> ). All this activity is quite recent (november 2019).<br><br>I turned off support for TLSv1 and TLSv1.1, but to no avail. I could not find any documentation from Google about this.<br><br>So far the only workaround is to go back to the previous GMail version.<br><br>As a Zimbra admin in charge of a few thousands accounts this is a headache in the making, that can turn to nightmare very quickly.
