Everything works fine in the online webmail on Zimbra - so I guess my setup is correctly configured. But these settings are not available through Outlook2016

The User have a Personal Mailbox forlder - and have shared mailbox.
This shared mailbox is the one they need to send as & Send on behalf as

Should these settings been available in Outlook2016 so they can send as the SHared Mailbox user ?
