Hello, does anyone know how to enable it in Carbonio so that messages that fall into spam go to the inbox for those using pop3 as it happened in Zimbra?
In Carbonio, as in Zimbra, messages classified as spam are automatically moved to the Junk folder by default. This is a server-side process, meaning it happens before the mail is accessed by a POP3 client. The fundamental issue with POP3 is that it typically only downloads messages from the Inbox folder, not other folders like Junk, making the spam invisible to the client.
