[Solved] 24-hour format instead of the US AM-PM format

I am using Brazilian Portuguese. The times in emails and scheduling appear in US AM-PM format, which creates confusion for users who use the 24-hour format

To add a new schedule, the time is normally shown in 24h format. But when viewing all appointments, the time shows in US format
