Good morning, I would like to know if it's possible to insert an anti-spam gateway into the mail delivery chain before Carbonio.
The gateway's IP address would then need to be trusted on Carbonio, since SMTP authentication already occurs. Carbonio would therefore only need to perform the entire anti-spam analysis, attachments, etc., but not the SMTP authentication part of the messages (coming from the gateway would fail all SPF checks).
Can you help me and tell me if this is possible?
Hello! Yes, you certainly can—in fact, we have a video on our channel, and even a complete course on the subject.
In our case, we use Proxmox Mail Gateway; I’ve included a link for you to check out.
