Carbonio CE 25.3.1 Open relay

Hello! Please help me solve the problem with Open relay. The server is located inside on a gray address. Port forwarding is configured from the external white address 25 443 465 993. In the MTA settings, the "Enable authentication" checkbox is checked. But online tests still show that the server is Open Relay. I'm a newbie, tell me what I need to do so that the server is not one.
