Carbonio CE white label possible ? ( free for all )

Hello everyone, i recently came across Carbonio CE and we are interested in adding it to apps and have it publicly available under our brand. We are a bootstrapped startup and we would like to offer Carbonio CE for free for all users in our sector ( for communication between doctors and pharmacies ). I had a look at the license of Carbonio CE in Github and it appears that we have the right to use our own branding as long as we are not selling it ( right to modify and distribute). Can someone please confirm that, as we don't want to find ourselves in any legal issue.
