Zextras Suite is a native plugin exclusively designed for Zimbra OSE. If you're aiming to continue using Carbonio CE, there is no need to use Zextras Suite anymore; considering new features will be released for Carbonio CE like the "Files" that is already available. However, big infrastructures would better choose Carbonio instead of Carbonio CE to benefit from a complete e-mail server with full collaborative functionalities on the client-side and more back-end features on the admin-side such as multi-tenancy, real-time backup, high availability, etc.
