Hello!
I'd like to know if it's possible to set the version you want to install?
I'm asking this because the current version, 25.9.0, is experiencing a lot of issues (just look at the various posts here on the Forum). Until it's fixed, I'd like to use version 25.6.1, which works well and without many problems.
Another factor is that I generally don't use anything (generally) that's been released so recently. I usually wait about two months for it to "mature" before using it in production, since bugs and everything usually appear at the beginning.
However, here with Carbonio, it seems like it always uses the latest version.

Hi!
Hi! Any answers/tips/or alternatives regarding this?
I have 3 installations on hold waiting 😐

Hi!
Does anyone know how this could be done?
😐
@itguy
I will try to get response from the devs on this topic. Meanwhile, please bear with me.
Thank you for your reply.
I am waiting, but as is already known, version 25.9 is unusable and there hasn't been a solution for over 20 days. People are installing this version and coming here to "complain," more and more each day. What I don't understand is why they don't remove this version until a solution is found and revert to the previous one. That would be the first thing companies do when they detect serious "bugs" like these...
I know I'm using the CE version, meaning I don't "pay" you, and I appreciate the work done. However, it's complicated this way because I will hardly update a version of Carbonio without waiting at least 3 months and looking extensively on the forum beforehand...
As I said, I have more than 3 installations stopped because I can't install version 25.9 and I can't install the old version that worked well.
I await your reply, and thank you again for your response.

Any updates?
I understand it's a complicated process, however:
- Almost 30 days of serious problems, meaning VERSION 25.9.0 IS UNUSABLE.
- Unfortunately, support here on the official forum is very slow (okay, this is free...).
- They haven't removed the broken version, meaning every day new people are "generating the same problem".
- There's no official response about the problems and no timeframe for a solution.
- There's no way (even after I requested it) to install the previous version (or any other version I want).

Thank you for the various responses in this and other posts. I also know it's a lot of work and that the Zextras team is doing their best, but is there a possibility of requesting again a way to install the previous version 25.6.1 until the problems with version 25.9 are resolved?
I'm asking again because this could take much longer (it's already been more than 20 days since the numerous reports).
I'm thinking of creating an OVA (production server) from a server that has version 25.6.1 and using it in new installations. Removing the configurations will take some work, but I believe it will be more accurate and functional.
If we can install version 25.6.1, we'll gain time to wait for 25.9, and I believe the pressure would be less.

Is it really that difficult to make the old version's package available?
Zextras, would you rather have people come to this forum every day to complain and say how many problems they have with version 25.9, rather than simply removing the version from AR, informing us that it's under review, and letting us use the functional and "OK" version like 25.6.1...?
More than 30 days with problems, almost 15 days since this request, which in my view would be the fastest way for us to use the Carbonio software.
This shows me how much we can expect in the future if we are using Carbonio and it has a CRITICAL BUG; we can forget about a fix in an acceptable timeframe and move to the Cloud, and that's what Zextras wants by acting this way....
