Hi,

In the preview pane upon clicking the filename there is no preview, only black translucent blanket over the web client.

According to this https://docs.zextras.com/carbonio-ce/html/usage/preview.html  such feature is available.

I have tried different browsers, different computer, disable my ad blocker, still no preview.

How do I fix this?

Thanks

PS. seems like I can't upload screenshot.

Hi,

I checked again and preview is working properly on current release 24.3.0.

root@mail:~# apt list --installed | grep -i preview

Hi,

Yeah, apparently the preview module wasn't installed. After installing it, I still couldn't preview PDFs.

Also, is there a limit placed on user in this forum when it comes to uploading screenshot?

Your Forum_preview.png attachment when I click it, it says "You are not permitted to view this attachment".

And on the toolbar there is no button to attach picture.

Hi,

Did you run pending-setups -a  after installing the carbonio-preview-ce package? If not, then run pending-setups -a, restart all services, and check again.

Regards,

Sharif
