Hello

Today I was testing the new version of Carbonio CE 24.9.0 on Ubuntu server 22.04.5 LTS using the script for single server, however during the installation process it gets stuck in the Creating galsync account for default domain... phase and checking the logs I realize that the mysql service has failed and therefore the installation does not continue.

This is the log

There seems to be a problem with the carbon-mariadb package. Is there a solution for this problem?

@lctrack

Hi,

I had a similar problem in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, when using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS this problem did not occur, it seems that the latest version of Ubuntu is not yet supported.
If you installed Ubuntu 22.04, check that it has not been updated to 24.04

Run

lsb_release -a
