Hello everyone,
I'm currently experiencing an issue on a server running Carbonio Release 24.9.1.
Here are the status details:
amavis Running antispam Running directory-server Running mailbox Running memcached Running mta Running opendkim Running proxy Running service webapp Running service-discover Running stats Running config service Running
It has been running perfectly fine for the last couple of weeks. Today, after logging in to the admin interface at https://mail.yourserver.com:6071
. While browsing the domain list, I keep getting the following error message:
"Can not read properties of undefined (reading 'color')"
I've also attached a Screenshot of the error for reference.
Moreover, I'm seeing some concerning logs in /opt/zextras/log/nginx.log
:
2024/11/20 16:47:51 [error] 3291762#3291762: *703 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 103.XX.XX.10, server: , request: "GET /zx/login/v3/config?domain=mail.yourserver.com HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://mail.yourserver.com:8742/zx/login/v3/config?domain=mail.yourserver.com", host: "mail.yourserver.com:6071", referrer: "https://mail.yourserver.com:6071/carbonioAdmin/manage/domains/global/domains" 2024/11/20 16:47:51 [error] 3291762#3291762: *732 no live upstreams while connecting to upstream, client: 103.XX.XX.10, server: , request: "GET /zx/auth/supported HTTP/1.1", host: "mail.mydchub.com:6071", referrer: "https://mail.yourserver.com:6071/carbonioAdmin/manage/domains/global/domains"
It seems there is some connection failure to the upstream, but I am unsure how to proceed from here.
Has anyone else come across this issue, or could anyone provide some pointers on how to resolve it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
I believe I've encountered a bug in Carbonio Release 24.9.1. In our installation, we have multiple domains, and I'm noticing this specific issue when suspending a single domain.
After setting the suspended domain to active status all the domains started appearing on the list.
