Hi. I'm an old Zimbra user (from the release 5, maybe...) and now for testing I set up a Carbonio CE server. All is ok, but I dont find the way for manage the mailbox aliases. I need to create email address (e.g. sales@example.com) and I need to redirect all incoming mail to another address (e.g. user@example.com)

In Zimbra this operation is very simple also from GUI, bit in Carbonio I don't find anything.

Thank you so much for help.

Hi,

If I understand your objective clearly, you want all incoming emails to sales@example.com should be redirected to user@example.com. In that case, you can set a forwarding at sales@example.com from the admin panel.

I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Regards,
Sharif

Same here, since the old admin GUI is no longer available and has been replaced with the new admin GUI I am unable to manage aliases and more severe unable to see/change/update aliases which had been added with the old admin GUI and were working fine

Please provide a solution

zmprov rma account@domain alias@domain

This should be

zmprov raa account@domain alias@domain

or even better 😊

carbonio prov raa account@domain alias@domain

In any case, we added a new tiny section to the documentation with this hint, thank you @mgarbo. It will appear online as soon as we update docs.zextras.com.
