My websites use SMTP to send emails to my customers, sending emails via webmail is working, but using the website's scripts it doesn't work, it says what email was sent, but it never arrives. Sending emails through the website's scripts is essential, as it is from them that my systems send the new user registration email and the password recovery email.
If you could help me with this issue, I would be grateful.

Hi, check carbonio logs to see why mails are not being sent. For sure it's a settings vs script mismatch.

@adassoft Hi, you can check
/var/log/carbonio.log
and
/opt/zextras/log/mailbox.log
You can always share the errors
