Sorry to hear that.
By the way, 7071 is the port for mailboxd service which allows users to access the legacy admin panel. We do not recommend using it as we are developing a brand-new dynamic admin panel for our users.
As you mentioned that you are having trouble accessing that admin panel via 6071 port, I would request you to check and follow the instructions mentioned below referred posts.
