Outlook Contacts GALSync

Hello

I need your help with the following issue: I need to know if there is any configuration required to enable the address book synchronization in Outlook. I am trying the usual method, but the application says it cannot connect to the LDAP on my Carbonio server.

I also tried the procedure used for Zimbra, but I still can't authenticate, and therefore, I can't access the list of created contacts.
