Hi support,
This issue occurs on Carbonio 24.9.1 + Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS.
Messages marked for deletion in the Trash folder cannot be deleted by clicking on the icon at the top right of the user interface.
The following message appears on the screen: “Something went wrong. Try again".
However, it is possible to delete messages from the trash one by one.
To do this, you need to right-click on each letter and select the delete option from the context menu.

Regards,
Nik

Hi @nik

As an alternative, you can empty the TrashFolder by right-clicking on the TrashFolder icon and using the context menu option

The same problem only in the drafts folder. You can't delete messages in a group by selecting a check mark. Only deleting via right click works.

Fresh install Carbonio CE 24.9.1 RHEL 8
