Upload folders instead of files

Hello, can we download entire folders ? I could drag and drop a folder but If I right click it I cannot download it, I have to download all files separartely.

Is there a desktop app, or a third party app, that synchronize a local folder on my computer with Carbonio Files ? Like Nextcloud app, Dropbox or Google Drive app that connects to a local folder on your computer.
