Hi,
Kindly need suggestion ... after suddenly change ip address of carbonio server, user cloudnot login to imap server, it says user name password is incorrect.
We sure that username password is correct, we still can login on webmail.
Please help, what should I check.

latest log from audit.log : error=authentication failed for [franky@tigapuluh.id], LDAP error: - unable to ldap authenticate: invalid credentials;
so many way i've done still not working
