Hi!
As of today, it is extremely not recommended to update any version of Carbonio to version 25.9.0 or to perform a clean installation, as it is not functional and has several problems that have made it unusable, as evidenced by numerous posts on the forum.
Zextras does not clearly inform about this, and people come to us every day with the same problems, so I made this post to try to warn them.
- Almost 30 days of serious problems, meaning VERSION 25.9.0 IS UNUSABLE.
- Unfortunately, support here on the official forum is very slow (okay, this is free...).
- They haven't removed the broken version, meaning every day new people are "generating the same problem".
- There's no official response about the problems and no timeframe for a solution.
- There's no way (even after I requested it) to install the previous version (or any other version I want).

To avoid mistakes unintended apt update, I want to exclude only carbonio product from apt list.

add comment-out
#deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/postgres.gpg] https://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt noble-pgdg main
in the same way,
(vi /etc/apt/sources.list.d/zextras.list)
add #
#deb [arch=amd64 signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/zextras.gpg] https://repo.zextras.io/release/ubuntu noble main
apt clean
apt update
Thus we can update required modules for system except carbonio-procucts temporarily,
and can avoid update to 25.9.0.(Stay 25.6.1)

We can confirm that some issues have been reported on Carbonio 25.9.0, and our Engineering team is already working on them with high priority. A fix set is currently planned for Release 25.12.0, and we will share an update in this thread as soon as the package is available.
In the meantime, to ensure we cover everything, it would be very helpful if you could share a short list of the issues you are still experiencing. This will allow us to verify their current status and ensure they are included in the upcoming fixes.

When can we expect the patch for the issues? I couldn't able to save anything on MTA. Getting error "can't access property "replace", b.zimbraMtaPostscreenDnsblMinTTL is undefined" on most of the Postscreen Tuning options.
