[Solved] What is best place to change score for existing rules like URIBL_ABUSE_SURBL and other existing rules ?

I run Carbonio CE 24.7.1 and I see mails with X-Spam-Status:

URIBL_ABUSE_SURBL=1.25

What is best place to change score for existing rules like URIBL_ABUSE_SURBL and other existing rules and is this still there after an update of Carbonio or spamassassin ?
