Hi,
By setting the zimbraAttachmentsBlocked attribute to TRUE on a COS it is possible to download email attachments, when it should be blocked.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi,
I have reproduced it and found the behavior you described. Though it was a known issue in Zimbra OSE as Bug 12136 & Bug 18546, I will notify our devs to take a look at it.
