Hello, I'm trying to install Carbonio CE on Ubuntu 20.04 with the command received by mail

apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 52FD40243E584A21

But there is a problem with the keyring :

Executing: /tmp/apt-key-gpghome.16xHBw3TxX/gpg.1.sh --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 52FD40243E584A21
gpg: CRC error; D9BA65 - 96A6EC
gpg: read_block: read error: Invalid keyring
gpg: Total number processed: 0

NB : I tried importing the OVF file in our Vmware 6.7 but it seems your hardware version came from 7.x (vmx-19).

Regards,

Fred

Hello @Fred,

The public key received by email is correct as the same is working as expected

The reported error mainly is observed when the OS is not updated or there is a problem with the Certificate authority(CA)

Hence, I request you to please update the OS to the latest patch and check the CA.
