Can't add a new storage volume

I'm slowly working through getting my new CarbonIO install working and went to setup a new mailstore.   I've added the filesystem and mounted, but when I try to use the UI to add it, i can modify all the fields except for the 'name' field.   No matter what i type, the field takes no input, though the cursor is blinking.

I'm stumped.   I decided to try to add the volume via the command line and from the docs I've found, i need to use the zxsuite, but that command is no where to be found on my system.    Which package is supposed to install zxsuite?   Or is there a different command I should be using?
