carbonio ce 24.3.0, lost password

hello,
help me on lost password:

carbonio CE, i have insert recovery email,(admin gui)
i have request the code in password lost on the webmail,
i have recived the code, i have access to the webmail,
but i can not change the password becouse i not have the old password,
