I performed the Carbonio CE upgrade process from 25.3 to 25.6 on Ubuntu 22.04. The process was completely successful, but when sending emails, they arrive without a message body, meaning they are blank.
I performed the upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04. The process was also successful, but the emails also arrive blank. This doesn't always happen. Sometimes the email arrives complete, but 99% of the time, they arrive without a body.
The logs don't show anything that could be related to this.

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue. I successfully upgraded Carbonio CE from version 24.5 to 25.6 on Ubuntu 22.04. I have also reviewed the manual regarding the option to disable the OWASP HTML Sanitizer, but the problem persists.

Could you please assist us with this?

Fixed with a new update today, it was a Carbonio CE bug. The updated packages were: carbonio-mailbox-db and carbonio-mails-ui. Once updated, run:

pending-setups -a

and restart services if necessary.
